Can I cancel or make a change to an order?

No. Due to the complexity of managing multiple warehousing systems across our suppliers, we are unable to make any changes, size amendments or cancel an order in any instance once it has been placed. This also includes pre order and back order items.

 

What is your returns policy?

There are only 2 rules: your return needs to be received by us within 14 days of you receiving your items, and your items need to be unwashed and unworn. Sale items are not eligible for return. Unfortunately we can't accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn :(

 

What return options can I choose from?

Store credit via a gift card. Proof of purchase must be provided.

 

 What if you guys sent me a faulty item?

Uh oh :( we're super sorry! We pride ourselves on quality control, because we want you to LOVE your items. If we sent you an item that isn't quite right, please contact us through our Contact Us page and we'll do everything we can to put a smile back on your dial.
